Guest Reviews

I found the Lodge at Trout Creek on another website and knew my husband would really enjoy it. I was wrong...he absolutely fell in love with it! Our trip to Trout Creek was amazing! The Lodge offers so much...from the game room to the theater room. We had a wonderful room, the Snowshoe room, that gave us an amazing amount of room and the bathroom was to die for! Larger than our personal master bedroom at home!!! Seriously! That bathtub is still calling me, all the way from Montana! But what really made our trip wonderful was the hospitality and outstanding breakfasts (Julie is a master at waffles!!! Best ever!!) from our hosts, Randy & Julie! They are now family and we cannot wait to see them again!

Let me just say this place was amazing!!! The staff was awesome and soooo friendly and welcoming!!! The breakfast they made was out of this world! The view is breathtaking! The rooms are soooo clean and luxurious!! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and they just went above and beyond to make it so special! At night my husband and I played pool, watched a movie in the theater room, soaked in the large tub in our suite (The Snow Room) and star gazed until 11pm!!! It was so romantic!! It’s 10,000 Sq. Ft. Of beauty and class and almost 100 acres of fresh air and beautiful scenery!!! This is a MUST for couples and worth EVERY penny!!

Jul 17, 2017 Reviewed — This beautiful Lodge is one of those places you want keep to yourself and not share with anyone, it is that special. The location is rural but that adds to it's charm and scenic beauty. The Lodge is newly remodeled and well appointed with the newest amenities and furnishings in all five suites. We were able to reserve the Trail Boss suite with the king size water bed, spa tub and walk in shower, fire place and double french doors that open on to the large deck. Whether you just want to sit, unwind and enjoy the views from the fantastic decks and verandas or play pool, air hockey or watch movies in the theater room this Lodge will meet and exceed your expectations. Our hosts Jan and Alan were very accommodating and attentive and the breakfasts were remarkable. Well highly recommend to others and we will return.
Jul 18, 2017 Reviewed — We had a beautiful, peaceful stay in this gorgeous lodge. The views from the deck are beautiful and the lodge itself is charming, comfortable and absolutely gorgeous. Our hosts, Jan and Alan, were lovely people. The location is secluded and a little hard to find, but well worth it, and once you get there you'll be thankful for the peacefulness. I hope to go back one day.
What a beautiful lodge and area. Jan and Alan were wonderful hosts. My husband took me there for my birthday and some peace and quiet. I was able to relax and let the rest of the world go by. Watching the elk and the deer wander on the property was exciting. We sat up until after midnight and watched the twilight fade and the stars turn on. Big Sky Montana was an understatement. Can not wait to return. Definitely worth the trip.
Words are not enough to describe The Lodge at Trout Creek. Jan and Alan's hospitality was simply amazing. Breakfast was 5 star. We were stunned by the beautiful views, wildlife, and of course this gorgeous lodge. We wanted to keep this find to ourselves but then we decided everyone deserves a little taste of this beautiful place. Quiet, peaceful, restful, and most of all delightful are some of the words that would describe this little piece of heaven. We are from the beautiful Shenandoah Valley in Virginia but I can assure you we will be back. A personal phone call from Randy about our reservations.....Oh yeah, did I mention that The Lodge at Trout Creek has you at "Hello we are glad you are here." Thanks Jan and Alan...You were wonderful! Thanks Randy and family for allowing us to stay at your place.

The lodge is wonderful and the scenery is breathtaking. We spent two days re-energizing before we began our long trip back home in So. California. This would be a great place for a family reunion! We were treated just like family and enjoyed every minute of our stay. One of the nicest B&Bs we have seen.
